Pike and Muskie are all business. They're at the top of the food chain, and
 as predators, are designed to easily capture prey items using their razor-
 sharp teeth to penetrate the skin of prey. These same sharp teeth will
 easily cut a regular monofilament [inaudible: 00:15], so you need to use
 wire leaders. There are a variety of quality wire leaders on the market,
 many of which you can tie knots around. Use 6 to 12 inches of wire leader
 with your leader system when fly fishing for Pike and Muskie in order to
 prevent losing your flies.
